Cafe Moroc is an Arabian style coffee liqueur, specifically Moroccan with an intense and savory cardamom and mint presence. As always, the Stoutridge style is not overly sweet and is higher in alcohol than typical mass market liqueurs. Higher proof brings elegance and complexity to the spirit, while demanding higher quality flavors and more careful distillation. 90 proof 100% Hudson Valley Grain
Orange-Cinchona Bitters A French-North African style bitters, full rich orange base with moderate sweetness and bitterness and big complex flavor. Formerly called Stoutridge AMER. This spirit is made from solera aged amertume (bitter orange extract). 86 proof 100% Hudson Valley Grain
The Greek isle of Xios (Chios),the origin of mastic, lies just 3 miles from the Turkish coast and the ancient city of Smyrna, now known as Izmir. They have begun growing mastic trees, a variety of pistachio, in this area based on the fame of Xios island mastic. Izmir is known for its lemon groves and so we thought what better to commemorate all of this with Stoutridge Lemon of Izmir mastic liqueur. Think Greek limoncello, but more savory and less sweet.
A wine designed to taste like what was common in Hudson Valley aged red wines in the 1950s and ’60s. Soft and deeply flavored, just a hint of fruitiness with a long smokey finish. A real crowd pleaser and great with Italian and American cuisine. Unfiltered and unfined. 70% DeChaunac/20% Frontenac/10% Cabernet Franc
