From Long Island fruit, this merlot beautifully displays the advantages of gentle wine making. A soft and luscious palate which are the characteristics so highly valued in the merlot grape. The wine has a mint note in the nose and finishes with refined minerality. Pairs well with veal, chicken and game birds. Or a wonderful sipping wine without a dry tannic edge. Unfiltered and unfined.
