This wine continues the winemaker's exploration into DeChaunac-Frontenac blends with grapes exclusively from the Fino Farm of Milton, NY. The DeChaunac adds a green herbal and red fruit characteristic while the Frontenac brings in purple cherry and plum richness. The combination is what we like to call "green and red" wine. In other words... complexity and intrigue. Pairs well with hearty meals. Unfiltered and unfined.
