Here is the continuation of our efforts to make the best Hudson Valley seafood wine. Fresh, vibrant dry wine with less fruitiness and more the characteristic mineral quality we so desire. Very Euro styled, there is a softness and an edginess here that somehow isn't contradictory and is delicious. We have added a little Cayuga White to the blend for 2007 which may be the key. Unfined, unpumped and unfiltered.
70% Seyval Blanc, 10% Cayuga White, 10 % Pinot Gris, 5% Chardonnay and 5% Riesling.
