Chancellor produces a wine stylistically similar to Bordeaux. It features a deep, purple berry character with woody undertones which are not derived from barrels. Pairs well with meat/potatoes/vegetable - traditional American cuisine. Unlike Bordeaux this wine does not require additional aging. Drinking well now through 2020. Unfiltered and unfined.
