2001 Vidal Blanc Back to all products
The Vidal Blanc grape variety is very unique. It is one of just a handful of white grapes in the world whose wines improve as they age. This wine was bottled in the spring of 2002 without any barrel time and has been developing in the bottle ever since. We released our 2001 Vidal after 6 years of age.
The resulting wine is soft and richly flavored. It?s almost tropical bouquet and flavors are compatiable with a wide variety of food. A very versatile wine which starts with a light sweetness but finishes just off dry. The wine will continue to improve in a good cellar.
100% Vidal Blanc. 12% Alcohol.
