Stoutridge red wines have a very long aging potential and as such can benefit from decanting upon opening. Pour the wine carefully into a decanter leaving the last ounce in the bottle with any heavy sediment (a bottle holds 25 ounces). Wait 1-2 hours and serve.
2006 Vintage
Our 2006 vintage was the first made in our new winery facility. They embody our "slow winemaking" style and are dry, unfiltered wines made with the gravity method.

2007 Vintage
The 2007 vintage was one of the warmest on record in the Hudson Valley. A once in 25 years vintage. The resulting wines are full and soft and flavorful. All the wines were made using the gravity techniques and biological side winemaking. The wines are unprocessed and unchemically altered.
