Stoutridge Vineyard is located in Ulster County's Marlboro, NY. Our Hudson Valley location is 90 minutes from both New York City and Albany. We are open every Thursday through Sunday from 11am-6pm. Stoutridge is a member of the Shawangunk Wine Trail as well as the Meet me in Marlborough Farm Trail. There are many sites to see and places to stay and dine in the area.
We want to make your visit to Stoutridge is as relaxing, educational and entertaining as possible. Our estate and has a rich local history and visitors can learn more about the grounds and various buildings through a self guided tour, our wine tastings and special tours with Stoutridge owner & winemaker Steve Osborn.
In restoring this property, Stoutridge has taken great care to plant native trees and shrubs. Over 100 trees have been planted on the property since 2008. We've also utilized recycled materials for our internal roadways. The roadways on the property are constructed of recycled NY highway tailings — the part of the road that gets scraped up before new black top is applied.
We encourage visitors to stroll our grounds and enjoy the natural setting we've cultivated. Picnic tables have been placed near majestic willow trees and near the edge of each of our ponds. We also have numerous places one can sit and soak in the surroundings. Of course, sitting on the grass is also encouraged.
